About

I was born in West Germany and lived there for 30 years before immigrating to the United States. During my first three decades, I developed a strong foundation of ethics, discipline, and hard work. My dual education in Construction and Business & Administration provided an excellent base for my real estate career here in the U.S.

After moving to St. Petersburg Florida, I started in door-to-door sales, offering pest control services. It wasn’t long before a friend recommended I try selling cars. That led to my time as a BMW salesperson and eventually becoming a Sales Manager for Porsche, where I negotiated thousands of successful transactions. My motto, "Do it right the first time," is reflected in the 15 Porsche Premier Dealership Awards I've earned.

I make deals happen! My attention to detail, natural curiosity, and problem-solving skills drive exceptional results. When it comes to real estate, I approach things differently: I focus on you and your goals first.

NEW RULE ABOUT WRITTEN

NAR has long encouraged its members to use

The settlement provides that MLS participants
working with buyers must enter into written
agreements with those buyers.
This change will go into effect in late July 2024.
